We offer legal advisory services for the IT and technology sector, including consultations, document review, compliance guidance, and related assistance. All engagements are governed by these terms.

2.1 Scheduling and Modifications

Appointments may be scheduled via our contact form. Clients may reschedule at no fee by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made later may not be accommodated.

2.2 Charges and Billing

Fees are specified in the engagement letter or proposal. Payments are due as outlined in the applicable invoice or agreement.

3. Information Products

We provide digital materials such as guides, templates, and toolkits (collectively, “Digital Content”). Upon purchase, access is granted immediately.

4. Goods

Any physical items offered, including printed guides or reference materials, are subject to availability. Delivery times are estimates.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Legal Advisory Services

Cancellations submitted at least 48 hours before a scheduled session qualify for a full refund of the session fee. Cancellations made afterward do not qualify for a refund, but may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. Sessions completed as scheduled are not eligible for a refund, given the value delivered.

5.2 Digital Content

All purchases of Digital Content are final due to the immediate nature of access. Defective materials may be replaced or refunded if a defect is reported within 7 days of download.

5.3 Physical Goods

If physical items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or process a refund after verification. Items may be shipped back at our expense where defects are confirmed. Requests beyond this period or for change of mind are not eligible for a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, trademarks, and content remain the property of ITLegalAdvice. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the applicable service or product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential impacts.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Singapore.
